Terms and Conditions

Effective September 7, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of Atlas Go, including this website, the student workspace, the AI advisor, and the institutional admin portal, all provided by Absolutely Amazing People (AAP, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By joining our waitlist, requesting a demo, or using Atlas Go, you agree to these terms.

About the service

Atlas Go unifies a student’s courses, deadlines, schedule, and tasks into one workspace, paired with a conversational AI advisor and, for partner institutions, an admin portal that turns curriculum coverage into a competency heatmap and learning objective register. Atlas Go is under active development. Some features described on this site may be in progress, offered through early access, or made available in partnership with a specific institution before a wider rollout.

Eligibility and accounts

Atlas Go is intended for university students, faculty, and staff, and for authorized representatives of partner institutions. You must provide accurate information when you sign up, join our waitlist, or request a demo, and you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Student accounts may require verification through your institution’s email or another method we specify.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Atlas Go. That includes not attempting to access another user’s account or another institution’s data, not scraping or reverse engineering the platform, not uploading content you do not have the right to share, and not using the AI advisor to attempt academic dishonesty or to harass or harm others. We may suspend or terminate access for behavior that violates these terms.

The AI advisor

The AI advisor is designed to answer questions using your real course data and cited policy sources, and to escalate sensitive or policy-critical matters to a human rather than guess. Even so, its answers are informational and are not a substitute for official advising from your institution’s registrar, academic advisor, or other authorized staff. You should confirm anything that affects your academic standing, graduation requirements, or enrollment with your institution directly. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the advisor’s output.

Your content and our platform

You keep ownership of the content you add to Atlas Go, such as your tasks and notes, and you grant us a license to use it only as needed to provide and improve the service to you. Syllabus and curriculum material uploaded by an institution remains that institution’s property and is used only to power the admin portal features for that institution. Atlas Go, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by AAP and may not be copied or used outside the service without our permission.

Partner institutions

Where Atlas Go is deployed through a partner institution, such as under our agreement with the Asper School of Business, additional terms in that agreement govern the relationship between AAP and the institution. If anything in that agreement conflicts with these terms for that institution’s deployment, the agreement governs.

Availability and changes

Atlas Go is provided on an as-is, as-available basis while we continue building it. Features may change, be added, or be temporarily unavailable, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these terms as the product develops, and we will update the effective date above when we do.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AAP is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Atlas Go. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

Termination

You may stop using Atlas Go and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Manitoba, without regard to conflict of law principles.
